Hi there. My name is Tanya and I have been out of a 2 yr residency at Minn VA for just over a year now. Living in the middle of majestic nowhere, this site is quite a lifeline! I'll do my best to answer any queries with which I've had experience and look forward to meeting some of you. I'm so glad someone took the initiative and linked so many of us--excellent job, Podiatry Arena Team!

Hi. Tania. I´m Gerardo. From Venezuela. Welcome to the forum. I'm also new around. I went to senior high school in Minn. , Blaine senior high. So I understand what you mean with magestic woods. I was a kind of exchange student in 1986. I finish medical school in 1994 in Venezuela. Now I work with flebology, cronic wounds, and feet problems. I'm 37 years old now. Well, I hope we can exchange information and opinions in the forum. I find it very professional and a great opportunity to exchange many points of view of feet topics. So far so good.

Hi Gerardo! Thanks for the note. I am speaking out of ignorance: what is flebology? Are you referring to reflexology? I'm curious about that aspect of alternative medicine. Or are you referring to phlebitis?
How's the weather in Venezuela now? It's 60 degrees F here in the Northwoods today, too cold to kayak today, unfortunately . . .
