Hi, I am looking for some advice on both of my big toes. They have always had a large pad on the bottom which can be painful to walk on. I went to the doctors two years ago and he said they were callouses and I needed to wear them down with a pummice stone. I have been using this regularly since but all that happens is the pads seem to bleed.

Can anyone give me some advice on what to do?
I am a 27year old male.
