Hello
I am hoping to buy established business in rented multichaired clinic (physiotherapy, osteopath) - its basically a caseload of approx 400 patients in East Sussex town ( not Brighton!)
How can I establish what is a fair price for the practice? The location is great, next to busy supermarket, easily accessible, no stairs ect. I would have to pay a rent of £75p/ day. Can anyone advice please? Or are there any grouos/ websites I could access to calculate the approx price? Thank you
