    Hi Cameron, I hope this finds you well... I've been searching for a reference or copy of the Needs Analysis undertaken by the CIT in collaboration with the Pod Board of NZ involving the profession's key stakeholders in the mid 1990's (I think... or was it earlier in 1987?), here's a long shot... you wouldn't happen to have saved a copy would you?
