I'm writing to see if anyone is interested in outsourcing the CNC milling of their orthotic shells.

At the present our milling machine is overspec'ed and under utilized and we were considering putting our milling services up for offer. We would be offering competitive rates, quick turnarounds and availability for low quantity orders. We have capability for EVA and Polypropylene

This would be particularly beneficial for anyone who is looking to either fabricate orthotics themselves, or start up a lab, but does not have the initial quantities to justify the purchase and up keep of their own machine, or milling package.

At the moment we are using Delcam software package, but pending demand, we would be willing to look into milling for other packages as well.

We are located in Newcastle Nsw Australia.
