Como explorar el rango articular de la STJA

    Hola:

    La exploración del rango articular de la ASA en descarga goza de una enorme variabilidad en funcion del clínico que la haga. ¿Qué forma considerais "mejor" o mas valida/fiable para hacerlo?

    1- Exploracion con el tobillo en pos.neutra.
    2- Exploracion en ligera FD de la talocrural.
    3- Exploracion en max. FD de la talocrural.

    Asi mismo, ¿que tomas y contratomas os parecen mejor?? ¿os parece bien movilizar la ASA con toma en cabeza del 5 metatarsiano?

    Se agradece bibliografia. ;)
