If a 61 year old patient has had congested heart failure and is taking statins, beta blockers, digoxin and diuretcs and is suffering from breathlessness what would be the podiatric implications?

The patient more than likely has congestIVE heart failure.

The breathlessnes indicates fluid in the lungs and mediastinum. A bigger dose or better, a change of diuretics, might help.

Beta blockers are very old-fashioned. Can the heart be regulated by alternative drugs?

    Podiatric implications? Upturned toes!

This sounds like a student case report or assignment
