I already have Auto desk (delcam) mill and model. I have to many of our Podiatrists using the one program and I was looking to get an extra modelling program. Dose the sharp shape program work on orthomill? and if so, can it also do poly and foot positives? Or is it just restricted to EVA's

Orthomill exports orthotic design files as .ort file type. This is exclusive to delcam/audodesk.
Unlikely could be read by sharp shape software
