    I'm pretty sure we already had a thread the same.... I watched the video. It's 'nice' but Anatomy 101.

    A single experimenter showed that at a certain running speed in one individual there was a mid-foot strike in the unshod foot and he concluded that there was therefore less trauma than a heel strike. However, he did not compare GRF on different surfaces, nor different subjects, nor different running speeds nor running over different distances nor the shod versus the unshod foot on hard surfaces. Much work still to be done before any valid conclusion can be drawn.

    Barefoot running came in a blazing hail of glory, provoking new injuries and went, as quickly as the new injuries.
