I am after some advice on my domicillary practice. I am having to relocate over 300 miles from my practice due to family issues and I have an extremely busy Dom practice. How feasible is it to sell a Dom practice considering new data laws etc. If so how can it be valued. My equipment will go with me as I would like to build up another practice in my new area. Thanks in advance

I do not see the data laws affecting the sales of a domiciliary practice. Have you have legal advice?

Not had any advice to date as this is still in the early planning stages. It’s certainly something to consider though thank you
