Can someone please help me decide what electronic health fund to chose

If i go with Hicaps is my only option a NAB eftpos machine?

Isoft (healthpoint) does anyone use it? Are there any problems with it? Which funds are not signed up to it?

Isoft certainly seems a cheaper option but not at the expense of customers complaining the cant claim on the spot

Any advice would be good. I want obviously to keep my costs low as possible but my service high.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi toughspiders,

There are pro's and con's of each and it is a matter of weighing up personally which is going to suit you better. eg. who you bank with.

I have 2 clinics and use hicaps at one isoft at the other.
There is only 1 fund that is not signed to isoft from memory I think it is Transport Health.

Cant really fault Hicaps, but they are not available with commonwealth (who I bank with) so the benefit of the Isoft terminal is the overnight deposit of funds, whereas I wait 2-3-4 days for the hicaps.

    Hope this helps.

    Sally
