yes, however you need to go through anzpac and ahpra

you'd contact anzpac then once completed then ahpra.

Have you been to Australia before? I find sponsorship makes things harder. Is there a company planning to sponsor your husband as that could make things so much easier.

any questions please contact me brett.p@medipeople.com.au

    Check your husbands Visa,

Some visa's have the spouse as a dependent and therefore not allowed to work while in Aus.

Reg in Aus is reasonably simple but time consuming and can be very frustrating.

All info can be found on websites listed above. Your paperwork trail will take hours.

You need an Aus cpr anaphylaxis cert. Full medical CRB from UK and a variety of other paperwork.

Sponsorship is possible from a prospective employer but this means you will be applying in your own right.

Sp probably easier to go on spousal visa and sort it all out when you get there.

Plenty of well payed work in Aus.

    I had a wonderful 4 years in Sydney 2006-2010.

    Hey,

Just gone through the process of moving out to Aus in Dec 2010. I got sponsorship through my employer here in Brisbane. My side of the sponsorship paperwork took about an hour to fill out and it came through in about 3 weeks as there is currently a priority on processing visas here is Queensland. First apply though the ANZPAC who will assess you experience and qualifications and upon approval you can apply to the AHPRA to register as a podiatrist. This process from the UK took me about 5 months from start to finish. Found my job on www.seek.com.au
