Hopefully employers on the forum will take the time to read this short thread and be interested by what they hear!

I see many vacancies being advertised and do not see many responses although i imagine most candidates call you using the contact details on the advert? Correct me if I am wrong I would love to know!

We can all advertise on SEEK and the Podiatry Arena but many candidates will not take the time to view jobs if they are not currently looking for work, or they may just not know to look. I speacialise in building up long term relationships with candidates who may not necassarily be in the market but recieve monthly updates from me about work opportunities and as such I have access to some great Podiatrists that you may not be able to find by simply advertising.

I appreciate using someone else to find a practitioner may not be the first port of call for many of you however in my expereince recruiting the right Podiatrist is not always that simple and to have some advice on a consultancy level is appreciated by many of my clients.

I source from overseas as well as here in Australia and have a great precence in New Zealand so good Podiatrists can be sourced from thousands of expereinced professionals in one place... with myself.
