It hurts, it hurts a lot. English team put it together, psychologically were obviously in a very good aggressive frame, after doing so well against the Blacks. Australia hitting their high two weeks ago when beating the Blacks. The conditions did suit the English heavyweight backs, who were most impressive. Can't believe Aust kicked the ball to them so much! The Australian props are not yet fit having been forced back early after injury due to the lack of class replacements. Mind you Slipper looks the goods but he shouldn't be sacrificed too early. Cooper, Giteau, Chisholm need a stint on the bench, but unfortunately no fit suitable replacement for the 12 position.
Anyhow congratulations to the English team and management.
I did win on the result, just surprised by the manner in which they won.

Thanks for that Mark.....but, England looked a little suspect in defence, which no doubt will have been noted. I think Johnson is looking to the next world cup, but whether England can keep it going until then we shall have to see. There is a great deal of good competition, but the Taffy's did well against SA too. It's good for rugby that the huge discrepancy between the North and South hemispheres has been narrowed, so there should be some good matches ahead.

PS. I was pretty cheesed off that Weber didn't win the Formula 1, he deserved to after having bits of his car taken from him for the kraut.

  4. Best game I've seen England play in a long time. Ran with the ball end of story. Did I say, they ran with the ball? Oh yeah, they ran with the ball. Rugby, a contact game for men, played on the feet. Did I say they ran with the ball, by the way?

Look very forward to the Springboks taking on the mighty English.....should be a cracker, but I predict a South African win in that one.... as well as a Springbok victory in Saturdays game against the Scotts..........that one should be a walk-over:drinks
