Ok So ive looked everywhere and cant find anything..

For a few months now I feel like I have a splinter under my big toe. After digging with a needle trying to find a splinter, ive found the cause to be some kind of hard white crust that forms just under the skin layer. I scrape it away with the needle and the next day it seems to grow back.

Any idea what it is?
