Are there statistics about Foot Length to Width (forefoot) ratio in adult humans?
And does it differ between genders?
I am interested to know what is the popular "range" and compare it with my own feelings that I have a narrow feet.

If you are only after what is the "...the popular "range" and compare it with my own.."
An easy answer would be to look at the mainstream footwear in the local shops, take out the foot bed and measure the length and width yourself.

Footwear is manufactured to fit the average(popular) foot with different width fittings in the more expensive brands only, as a general rule.
