I currently have a 6 year old patient who has Ehler's Danlos syndrome. She has a ganglion on the dorsum of her right 4th metatarsal. It spontaneously burst but reformed previously, and has since had surgery twice, resulting in a scar. She is now due to have the ganglion aspirated again. I am trying a simple felt donut pad to deflect pressure and her mother is looking for new shoes that will not compress the area. I also plan to continue using the padding after the ganglion is aspirated again.

Does anyone have any experience or tips with foot ganglions, particularly when it involves Ehler's Danlos? :hammer:We have decided not to bible bash it.
