    Grade 2 Podiatrist 0.4 EFT in Melbourne's south (City of Kingston)

    Central Bayside Community Health Services would like to invite applications from interested and suitably qualified candidates for the position of Podiatrist in the Podiatry team.

    Closing Date for application: Wednesday, August 15th 2012

    Podiatrist, Permanent Part Time - 30.4 hours per fortnight (0.4 EFT)

    The podiatrist will provide high quality, effective podiatry services in an efficient and effective manner to clients of Central Bayside Community Health Services. The clinician will work as part of the CBCHS Podiatry Team and be accountable to the Podiatry Team Leader. The position will operate across 3 sites (Parkdale, Chelsea, and Clarinda) depending on demand and the needs of the target group and organisational requirements.



    Selection Criterion

    Relevant Podiatry qualifications
    Current registration as a Podiatrist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
    Demonstrated experience in provision of podiatry services
    Effective written and verbal communication skills at all levels with clients, staff, management
    Sound computer skills
    Ability to provide clinical advice and support to other health professionals.
    Able to adapt to changing priorities and objectives.
    Demonstrated experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
    Demonstrated experience working in a community health setting is desirable.
    Familiarity with TrakCare is desirable.
    Current Victorian Driver licence

    Selection of Candidates

    Candidates will be evaluated on merit against all of the various components that make up the position description. Assessment will take into account all information that is determined to be appropriate, eg written application, qualifications, interview, work samples, experience and referee reports.
