Hi I am a newbie qualified pod from the NE of England. I have a head and heart dilema... my head says go into private practice as I already have a couple of associate jobs in the bag, however my heart says NHS for which I have no job offers as yet (though lots of interviews past and future)...

If you had your time again would you change your chosen path at the start of your career and are you happy now?
