I usd to be very active on the Pod Mailbase 10 years ago. Craig, Kevin, Bruce, Howard, Eric, Simon and anyone Ive missed, Best Regards.

I've been lurking since then and will probably continue to do so here. Nice to see the continuation of the discussion re: Sagittal Plane Facilitation. Theory and practice contiues to evolve. "Personalities" remain constant!!
