I am a Judo Therapist here in Japan, and would like to help my patients
in their foot problems. If my work schedule would permit I am hoping
to take a course in Podiatry. As of now, any information about Podiatry
will do me a lot of help and so with my patient.

Thank you very much for allowing me to be in your group.

    Hi Otsuka & :welcome:

There are many discussions which may be of interest to you.

Have you tried looking in Biomechanics, Sports and Foot orthoses forum yet?

There are also some members aboard who are also martial arts specialists/enthusiasts.

Not me though, I am far too delicate.

I think origami is more for my level of fitness ;)

    Many Regards,

    Hello Otsuka san,

I am not sure you will find this reply as you quato long time ago.

I wonder you want to work as a pod or just want to learn the theory of pod especially biomechanics. As you probably searched, to become a pod, you must have a uni degree. There are few people who states as pod, who just had in-house training and not qulified pod.

If you want to learn biomech theory, there are several options, such as short course, learn from books. An Aussie pod goes to Japan for biomech workshop.

    hope this helps

I am a Japanese and working oversear (not Japan).
