I qualified as a Foot Health Practitioner (FHP) from the College of FHPs in the West Midlands in July 2008. After 37 years as a tax adviser this is quite a jump (no pun intended) for me but I am enjoying the challenge of trying to establish a practice in the North of Glasgow.

I am pleased to be able to bring a level of palliative foot care to people and chose the FHP route because I couldn't afford at my time in life to go to University to be a Podiatrist. Who would pay the motgage etc?

Anyway there's challenges aplenty out there for everyone (FHP & Pods) and a forum like this is a great resource from all that I have seen so far.:morning:
