    Hello Everyone,

My name is Richard and I have been practicing podiatric medicine in Miami, Florida, USA for over 8 years now and the surrounding areas of Miami. I graduated from Barry University and did my residency at Cedars Hospital also in Miami. I have lived in Miami for the past 39 years so it is my familiar surroundings.

I have been reading posts here for some time and since I am constantly reminded of the fact I have not posted anything here, I will post this.

We see many diabetic feet here, and with our diverse populations we see all sorts of complications. Also, there is quite a bunch a biomechanical issues.

It seems the technological advances coming to us help but we should be cautious not to let the technology run us rather than the other way around. Nothing beats sound judgement and thinking.

Hope everyone has a good holiday and the proximal year is better than this one was.

    R
