What is the local treatment for hyperhidrosis??
As a foot orthoses cover for this problem?

I find that Drysol works quite well.

 

even if a material can absorb sweat efficiently you would need to replace the cover quite often anyway I think? so may be stiill stick to the traditional tx cost lower?

 

Why not use a full length eva device no top cover easy to clean.

 

Whatever you use they will sweat into.

Main advice for me would be to remove the insoles from the shoes overnight to allow them to dry out better.

 

I'd go with Mike's suggestion. Closed cell and scrubbable.

JMS Plastics here in the states sells perforated high rebound EVA top covers, patients like them.
