    What is the local treatment for hyperhidrosis??
    As a foot orthoses cover for this problem?

    even if a material can absorb sweat efficiently you would need to replace the cover quite often anyway I think? so may be stiill stick to the traditional tx cost lower?
     
  4. Why not use a full length eva device no top cover easy to clean.
     
  5. Whatever you use they will sweat into.

    Main advice for me would be to remove the insoles from the shoes overnight to allow them to dry out better.

    I'd go with Mike's suggestion. Closed cell and scrubbable.

    Or you could drill lots of tiny holes in them to let them "breathe":bang:

    JMS Plastics here in the states sells perforated high rebound EVA top covers, patients like them.
