I've had 2nd toe arthropods and plantar plate repair. I'm at week seven . So stitches are out pins are out and I don't have to go back for 6 months. But I don't really know what I should be doing or what to expect. I went for a walk yesterday, about 1k. This morning foot feels stiff and swollen. My sick note runs out in ten days. Should I be thinking of getting another. I teach primary school.
