    How much pain is too much? and What are some warning signs that I need to slow down or get an x-ray?

    I am currently 11 1/2 weeks out from my initial injury, Jones Fracture right foot. I was completely NWB for 9 1/2 weeks in a boot. Last x-ray showed good healing, perhaps 90%. Dr. said to walk in the boot for a week and then to build up to 100% time in regular (good hard soled) shoes. I have been using a pedometer to track and increase the steps I am taking each day.

    So after two weeks...
