    Hi Craig and Pods,

I was wondering what is the most reliable measurement for a structural limb length discrepancy performed in clinic? Is it still the ASIS-Medial Malleolus supine technique? Has this evolved due to its poor reliability?
I would like to see if a LLD is contributing to a patients hip pain, and I know there is poor evidence on this topic. But I surely can start with a measurement +/- a heel raise to see if his symptoms change?

    Thanks!
