I always were clean socks and live healthy. I cycle over 150Km per week and I used to hike, but since walking starts getting more painfull I gave that up. I work in the food industry where I were Dunlop high quality footwear.
I really did everything I can think off, magnesium salt baths 3x per day, I used diclofenac cream for a month, I used sudocreme, I stopped walking for a week. But...
