This is based on Acupressure and Reflexology, which I thought was not clinically proven to work in the Chiropody/Podiatric field, so how come these shoes are medically proven on those factors?

Of course!:
Reflexology is not an effective treatment for any medical condition

The whole basis of the claims of how it works is based on snake oil.

 

So they have a statistical correlation with improvement. To sell them they have to come up with a reason for efficacy that they public will recognize. A neurologically more plausible explanation might be that the vibration wakes up nerve endings that would moderate the noxious messages that have been dominating.

Are there any updates on the Medic Shoes? Do they work?

I really can't believe that a Medic Shoe can relieve peripheral neuropathy of a Diabetic.

I don't think there are any studies that tested the efficiency of reflexology on the peripheral neuropathy?
