    The study did not show that at all!

    - no randomization
    - did not use a validated outcome measure
    - no reliability reported in the data tools that they used
    - no blinding of assessors
    - no reported compliance of participants
    - did a within groups analysis rather than a between groups analysis
    - multiple t-tests without a bonferroni adjustment
