    I have seen it promoted in several places.
    I know its not from a credible research group such as a University.
    No where does it state who is running this survey or what the information is being used for.
    How unethical is that?

    Certainly is questionable and unethical not to disclose that; let alone not specify what the respondents data is going to be used for.

    I am not familiar with the Survey Monkey terms and conditions, but I would be surprised if the survey is compliant for these reasons.
