I wonder if they will start to charge per nail if mycotic or gryphotic as it takes them longer?

A consultation does not include any extra's. If they are used they shoud be paid .for.........
Who do you think should pay...........

Guess I am just old fashioned ~ you offer a service and price your services accordingly. I price my MSK examination higher as it takes longer and hurts my head.

My basic price covers whatever instruments I use and dressings etc. If I supply additional dressings I sometimes charge for them and sometimes not.

I look at it as building client trust and report and no hidden charges.

Bit like asking a bricklayer to build you a wall and he then bills you for use of his shovel, trowel, sweat etc.

I think we could all learn a fair bit about generating income from having a good look at how dentists structure their fees....after a trip to one I never feel bad about anything I charge for...

Yes it's when they hand you an application for a low cost loan before they tell you what work you need !

    Take care
