    Hi everyone
    I'm nearly halfway through a FHP course at SMAE and really enjoying it. Just came across you guys who really know what you are talking about !! Have bookmarked this page and think I'll be a regular user.

    Well, that's me for now, just off to look for treatment on vascular/nv helomata..

    if you have a look at this thread,

    you will see that the treatment of neuro-vascular helomae will be outside your remit as an FHP. I also doubt you will see one within your very short clinical training.

    I would suggest that you do a little reading about them so that you will be able to refer them on to a Podiatrist who can treat them using caustics/local anaesthetics.
