I would be grateful if anyone could offer me some advice,

I am due to graduate from a UK university this summer (all being well) and I am really wondering if it is possible to find podiatry work in Australia straight away?

Depends what you mean by "straight away"

You 1st need to have the appropriate Visa etc. to work in Aus, then have your qualifications recognised so that you can become registered. This can take a little while, though once that is in place, there are a number of positions around the country that could be suitable for a new graduate
