Ortesis y prevención de lesiones

    Cómo primer comentario, la absorción de impactos se produce en la rodilla no en los pies, los pies atenuan las fuerzas negativas. Por tanto, no me extraña que las plantillas de absorción de impactos dieran tan pobres resultados. Por cierto, ha habido estos días una monumental discusión en el foro en inglés sobre la relevancia clínica de los estudios randomizados en ortopodología y la extrapolación de resultados.
