    Any suggestions for treatment of a painful and varicose verruca on a well controlled diabetic patient currently undergoing 3 sessions of kidney dialysis a week?

    I would suggest conservative care; offloading and reducing overlying callus only. Last thing they want is infection which could jeopardise dialysis or possible transplant.
