    Me: Early twenties, average weight, exercise frequently, not big on meats, drink good amount of water,

    I was taking a few days off from running to let my feet slowly adjust to my new properly fitting shoes. The day before I was to run again suddenly in the middle of the night and without warning my pinky toe gets inflamed with sharp pains. This is Day 4 and I've gain some movement back.
