  2. What do you want it for? The bigger the angle an axis makes to a plane, the movement in that plane. One sentence synopsis. I think I've got a horribly poor photocopy I can snail to you if no-one else comes up with the goods.

    Just saw it mentioned in a thread where a few people referred to it as pivotal in their thinking, and I'm ashamed to say I don't think I've ever read it that's all. I'll give it a few days and if no electronic copy materialises I'll take you up on your offer.
