Ground floor premises within busy town centre location with 2 consultation rooms, one of which is rented to a therapist. Sale includes podiatry equipment, fixtures and fittings, goodwill and lease on premises. Present turnover £35K, sale due to relocation, offers in the region of £20K, Finance may be available.
