Encompass Podiatry – Full-time Podiatrist required.

Encompass Podiatry is seeking a full time Podiatrist for its clinic in Boyne Island, 25kms south of Gladstone, QLD. Part time/locum and short term applicants may be considered. Our locally owned and operated clinic currently employs three Podiatrists.

The successful candidate must have the ability to work within a team environment but also autonomously. Graduates are welcome to apply and would be gradually transitioned into their case load with ongoing mentoring and support. Flexible working hours are negotiable and encouraged as we aim to support a healthy work/life balance.

We are offering remuneration based on experience and including relocation assistance and allowances for CPD by negotiation. We pride ourselves on providing excellent quality, patient focused treatment and we support our Podiatrists to continue to develop their skills as clinicians.

Location:
The twin towns of Boyne Island and Tannum Sands are beautiful coastal towns in Central Queensland, a 20-minute drive south of Gladstone or approximately 6 hours north of Brisbane. The area offers plenty of sporting and outdoor recreation opportunities. Multiple daily flights service the Gladstone airport to/from Brisbane.

The Clinic:
We offer a full scope of Podiatry services including video gait assessment and 3D scanning for orthotic prescription. As a result of our location (and a high proportion of young families in the area) and a large sporting community, we see a larger volume of paediatric patients. The clinic is open Monday to Friday and every second Saturday. Our clinic is supported by an experienced administration team with a range of footwear stocked in store.
A biomechanics-focused external clinic is conducted once per week in Gladstone where we work closely with local Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Personal Trainers, to provide excellent care within a multidisciplinary setting.

Applicants must hold industry insurances, have a valid drivers license and be registered with AHPRA.
