Hi,
I currently a sole practitioner in a public setting directly supervising an AHA and undertaking all aspects of running the podiatry department in the hospital. I am being paid as a grade 1.

I was wondering if anyone could help me, is there a specific time frame in Victoria, Australia that you have to be practicing for to become grade 2? From what I can see and have been told I am currently undertaking all aspects of what a grade 2 podiatrist does, without the pay.
