Hello,

I saw a woman a few days ago who has severe pronation with one malleolus looking like it has completely displaced, there is no bone there and there is actually a massive indentation behind where the mallelous would be normally be. She has been for an X-ray with no result of fracture etc. Nothing sinister (so the x-ray department said) but it just looks so abnormal. Has anybody come across anything like this!? please help
