Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and need some help. Hopefully I have attached this image correctly. Patient attended the other day with these orthotic devices and told me they were too hard and uncomfortable for her to wear, claiming they were the ones I made for her last year. Adamant she got them from me. Spend much time explaining that they were not from me but she wasn't convinced. The actual ones I made were full-length EVA, not even in the same universe! Has anyone seen these before? Does anyone know where these were manufactured and where she may have gotten them from? Need to set her mind (and mine) at ease once and for all. Hope someone can shed some light.....

Thanks Craig. Been offline for a couple of days so couldn't reply earlier. Whoever gave my patient these should be sanctioned. Elderly ladies with complex foot issues should not have anything hard under their feet!!!!
