never used this site to ask advice before so please forgive any foibles.
i have a patient in their mid 20's. very active playing sports most days.
they have a rigid flat foot with approximately 12mm of a leg length difference on the affected foot side.
any advice on ways this could be helped would be appreciated.
when i cast them it was with the foam box with no attempt to put the foot into subtalar neutral.
