Does anyone know the salary of a new pod in the uk and is it easy to increase the salary or does it take years.

In the NHS a Band 5 podiatrist will usually start at about £21,000 ish.

In private practice there are too many factors involved to give a figure, but in the first few years the capital investment will negate any profits. After that it depends how fast the business grows, how many hours you want to put in etc etc.
