My daughter is almost 2. She has a noticeable shortening of the 2nd toe on both feet R>L. the toe sticks up in the air when in a non weightbearing position. It does reach the ground when walking. The great toe is drifting under the 2nd toe on the R>L. X-rays showed a possible shortening of the 2nd metatarsals. I am afraid she will develop bunions at an early age because of the drifting.
