Its time we stopped sugar coating the facts about Diabetes and the outcome that may happen to those that arent proactive in dealing with the reality.

Its not working, we cant keep doing the same thing and expect a different outcome.

Maybe we should start handing out the research results to the clients, it may change their approach and help reduce these figures.
