I recently had a 2 year old little boy in the clinic who had been born with positional talipes equino varus. He underwent manipulation carried out by a physio and his parents. In the clinic he ran around the room as if there had never been a problem ,however his mother was concerned that he often stands on tip toes. She noticed he does this most when he's tired.
Can anyone shed any light on this little boys activity for me?
Thanks in advance
