That is a shame you have not the time to respond to replies to your post.
Comfort is not usually a commodity that is provided on this forum unless the post's you have made are accepted which yours were not , hence you got a bit of a rough ride ( just a gentle one BTW ;) )

Aggression between members and Trolls which you have witnessed in this thread is a matter of course unfortunately but that is how it is.

Don't leave please enjoy and learn from the forum . If you want to join in fine but review your posts carefully before posting and get your facts right.
Otherwise just lurk and learn that is what its about.

    Be Lucky

    Cheers

chillax troll chillax just get back to the discussion or to the cesspit your choice

DTT the bottom line is this, just because some folk are up to speed and more thorough with things, and you do not like their reply...does not give you the right to refer to them as a troll. ..Do you see him referring to you as a troll when he disagrees with what you post...no he doesn't.....Sshh, will let you into a little secret -its called maturity when you able to accept someone's point of view without calling them a troll cos you do not like their answer!!!!

    He ????????????????????????????????????

    Sure its not she ???????????????????????

    I prefer IT :D

And when you learn a bit of history on these forums Troll you may understand more, but then again you probably haven't the intelligence judging by your posts

You want to be taken seriously then identify yourself rather than as now giving infantile abuse to other members in a most cowardly way.

    Simples really Troll

    PUT UP OR SHUT UP

    Cheers

with stiff dispoable instruments i tend to find that a spray of chlorahex in the joint and opening and closing them a few times tends to work in most nhs trusts i have worked in instruments have to be steralised for each patient and if a burr is left in a machine it is a infection control issue which can have serious consequences as such should not happen would love to know where the nhs clinic this was:morning:
