    I am about to embark upon a 100km walk for charity that takes place over a 24-30 hour period. I have well worn in boots, correctly laced, good walking socks that I have changed regularly on training walks and I work hard at keeping hydrated. However, after about 5 to 7km as my feet get warm I find that my two smaller toes on my left foot start getting hot (not blister hot spots) and then like a cramping.
